I see myself as a goal achiever, confident, ambitious, enthusiastic learner, with a great sense of curiosity and humour. I am looking for an opportunity to return to work in the field of the digital industry and customer service. Seven years ago I decided to put on hold my professional career to study another language, lived and travelled abroad, this experience helped me to developed different skills like working in fast-paced environments, I became a better listener and providing immediate solutions when necessary I also gained skills such as the ability to work under pressure, delegate tasks, a critical thinker, problem-solver, having a great attention to details, sales and finding myself easy to work in multicultural places. Fluent in two languages, having resided in 4 countries and travelled to over 25, I have a very culturally diverse mindset, which has helped me to develop a high sense of empathy and understanding. After the birth of my first child, I'm focusing on maintaining and enhancing my skill set. That involved several online courses, leadership activities, and continuing education to ensure that I remained up-to-date on industry happenings. I practice the principles of Integrity, authenticity and resilience in all aspects of my life.
